Select Board members present: Stanley F. Rhodes III, Jim Hall, and Steve Hawley

Meeting opened at 3:30 P.M.

The Board reviewed and completed the proposed 2010-2011 General, Highway and Fire budgets.

Mr. Hawley moved to place an article for $15,000.00 for Fire Station Repairs. Mr. Hall made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Mr. Hall moved to close the meeting at 4:50 P.M. Mr. Hawley made a second to the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
